Nathan Hoffman
Nathan Hoffman practices primarily in the areas of business, civil litigation, and oil and gas law.
Born in Hays, Kansas, Nathan received his undergraduate degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University (B.S., summa cum laude, 2007) and his legal education at Washburn University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2010). While attending Washburn, he was a member of the Washburn Law Journal and his case note, “The Feasibility of Applying Strict Liability Principles to Carbon Capture and Storage,” 49 Washburn L.J. 527 (2010), was published. He also served as an editor of the American Bar Association publication Family Law Quarterly.
Nathan is a member of the Wichita, Kansas and American Bar Associations, the Wichita Young Lawyers Association and the Wichita Civil Practice Committee. Nathan also is active in the community through the Downtown Y’s Men’s Club of Wichita and the Knights of Columbus.
