Robert Vincze is a lawyer who specializes in getting deals done and helping entrepreneurs and companies reach their goals and solve their problems. His areas of experience include complex financial transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, business, energy, oil and gas, real estate, environmental, chemicals, fertilizer, government relations, administrative actions involving government agencies and related litigation.
Robert has served as general counsel to a holding company of varied business interests, a real estate development company, an oil and gas company and an ethanol plant. In addition, he has practiced at an international law firm. He received his credit training at Mellon Bank and also has served as Senior Counsel to Commerce Bancshares. Robert has written many articles and has presented numerous seminars on banking, real estate and environmental law.
Robert received his A.B. degree in political science from Duke University in 1979, his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law (National Energy and Environmental Law Policy Institute) in 1984, where he served on the Law Journal, and an M.A. degree in economics from the University of Kansas in 1995.
Robert is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, New York and Oklahoma.
